“China’s JD.com has told sellers that it will withdraw the sale of 87 games including Activision Blizzard’s Call of Duty and Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons, saying they were unapproved titles,” according to Reuters, quoting a China Youth Daily newspaper report.

- The games can no longer be sold on JD.com’s platform, with the company adding that it will apply “high pressure” to the issue.
- The move comes after a new ruling from Chinese regulators that restricts people under the age of 18 from playing online games for over three hours a week to curb gaming addictions.
