Chinese ecommerce roll-up firm hauls in $50m from L Catterton
Nebula Brands, a China-based ecommerce roll-up company, has secured US$50 million in a series B round led by the Asia fund of private equity major L Catterton.

Founded by William Wang, Hardys Hu, and Ryan Ren in 2019, Nebula Brands acquires merchants on Amazon and helps them expand through branding and supply chain initiatives.
In a statement, the company said that it has built an acquisition pipeline in the household, personal care, fitness, and beauty categories. It currently has over 50 employees to streamline its acquisition process.
According to the company, there are around 600,000 Chinese third-party vendors in Amazon. Collectively, these vendors generate around US$135 billion in annual gross merchandise value.
Nebula Brands will use the fresh funds to fuel its expansion.
