Flat Monthly, which aims to streamiline the property rental process, operates an online marketplace for landlords, agents, and tenants for condominiums and apartments. Through its platform, the company offers virtual reality tours of its listings, digital signing, and online rental payment services.

According to a statement from Terra Capital, its investment in the startup will be used to produce immersive content.

“Flat Monthly’s growth trajectory is leading it to establish a large footprint across Southeast Asia,” said Terra Capital CEO Stefan Gunnarsson.

In the last three years, Terra Capital has invested a total of US$2 million in 11 pre-seed and early-stage startups, including virtual tours service provider Vizoport and Thai job portal JobExpress. It said it looks to invest US$5 million within the next 12 months.
