SoftBank leads $90m round of digital adoption platform Whatfix

Whatfix, a digital adoption platform that helps upskill employees on different enterprise software, has raised US$90 million in its latest round of funding. This pushes its total raised amount to date to US$139.8 million and triples its valuation from 15 months ago.

  • Other investors: Eight Roads Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, Dragoneer Investment Group, F-Prime Capital, and Cisco Investments
  • Stage: Series D

  • It will use the new funds to continue growing its footprint in the US while accelerating its expansion into new markets such as Asia Pacific and Europe.
  • Whatfix will also set aside some of the capital for product innovation efforts focusing on AI, enterprise solutions, and personalized experiences.
  • The new capital comes after Whatfix tripled its revenue and headcount across its six global offices in the last two years, according to the company.
  • Whatfix has 500 customers worldwide, including The Netherlands Red Cross, Experian, Sentry Financial Services, Cardinal Health Canada, and BMC Software.
