“Information becomes an experience that we can watch”, isn’t that cool? That’s what Qwiki promises to provide us, the next generation of information dissemination – that is to experience the information.
Qwiki is a new innovation that assures to forever improve the way people experience information. It is here to provide its users with information in a format that is quintessentially human, through storytelling instead of the traditional search through the search engines.
It is a novelty creation from the Qwiki guys. It revolutionizes the way we perceive and consume information. We have a lot of stockpile information in the World Wide Web and that’s the reason why we need something innovative to help us to clear the clutter and provide us with the essentials. Qwiki could be our answer.
Qwiki is the first to turn information into an experience. With Qwiki, seeking details about a place will already be an experience like having a well-traveled friend who guides you through. While getting information from renown people like Leonardo da Vinci will give you an experience of his works and his life.
How does Qwiki work? Basically, Qwiki turns popular Internet topics into an interactive presentation on your chosen search term. It is accompanied with narration by a computerized voice (female to be exact). For instance, type in “Buenos Aires” and you’ll get a mix of photos, videos, and interactive maps, accompanied by a voice-over summary. Qwiki is giving the real humans (us) more convenience in this cluttered world of information. We tried Qwiki’s Megan Fox demo and felt good about it. Click here to experience it yourself.

Of course, we don’t think this technology will replace search engines. Google still provides information way faster than Qwiki. If time is a constraint, use Google or Bing. If you’re the laid back person or someone who enjoys learning through watching, then Qwiki is for you.
