Hello reader,
I took a physics class in college, and while I wasn’t very good at it, I liked it a bit more than the other subjects.
One of my favorite topics was quantum mechanics. Being the nerd that I was, I heard about it a lot in games and movies, and now it was time for me to learn more about it. Ultimately, we studied only the basics, but I had fun nevertheless.
Quantum computing has made solid strides in recent years, with firms like Google saying that commercial applications could arrive within the next five years. It’s an exciting time in space for sure, which is also reflected in how one of this week’s biggest deals went to a quantum computing startup.
