Printerous Launches to Bring Decor Products to Instagram Users

Weekend Inc’s Instagram printing service Printerous.com has launched this week. The service is similar to Printstagram’s or Instalogi’s concept, allowing users to print pictures exclusively from an Instagram account. It seems that Printerous’ is targeting more high-end users though.

Printerous has four product lines – photobooks, canvas art, stickers, and magnets, with prices ranging from IDR 60,000 ($6.20) to 225,000 ($23.40). Kevin Osmond, the co-founder of Weekend Inc., says that they are going to differentiate themselves further from the similar services by integrating with other photo services and adding new products in the coming months. He added:

We love beautiful design. We love advanced technology. We love helping people. That’s what Printerous is meant to be.

Printerous’ products look interesting, and I think this service will particularly attract young professionals that are looking to spice up their home decorations with their own photos. I also look forward to the team’s plan to open up the service to non-Instagram users at a later date.
