Jetstar partners with Tech in Asia for Asia’s first-ever inflight conference

Each year, delegates from more than 50 countries fly in to Singapore to Tech in Asia’s annual flagship conference. If you’re one of them, how do you usually spend your time on flights? Most of us would watch a movie, while others listen to some music. Alternatively, flights can be a time of learning from industry experts, meeting potential business partners, and those passionate in the tech scene.

This year, in partnership with Jetstar, we are extending Tech in Asia Singapore 2018’s conference experience with Asia’s first-ever inflight conference. The High Altitude Conference is an exclusive and dedicated flight for 120 conference attendees travelling from Jakarta to Singapore.

At 36,000 feet in the air, the High Altitude Conference is aimed at creating a unique experience, demonstrating how innovative ideas can be born anywhere. The 60-minute programme will feature quick-fire speeches, networking and pitching sessions.

How to participate

To join Asia’s first-ever inflight conference, simply give us your best pitch (up to 100-words) on why you deserve to be part of the High Altitude Conference!

All you’ve got to do is follow these steps:

1. Get your tickets to Tech in Asia Singapore 2018 here. Apply code “tiasg15” at checkout to save 15% off your tickets when you purchase by 8 April, 11:59PM (GMT +8)!
2. Fill in your details on Eventbrite, and submit your 100-word response in the field “Why you should get a seat on the inflight conference”. Pro-tip: Share with us who you are, what you do, how you contribute to the tech ecosystem, and why you deserve a seat!
3. Keep a lookout in your inbox on 6 April 2018 – winners will be contacted via email!

Terms & Conditions

• Entries will be accepted via Tech in Asia Singapore 2018’s ticketing platform, starting 8 February 2018, 12pm (GMT +8) and ending 1 April 2018, 11:59pm (GMT +8).
• 120 winners will be notified via email by 10 April 2018, 11:59pm (GMT +8). If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize by 20 April 2018, Jetstar Asia and Tech in Asia reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Winners are eligible for one-way flight from Jakarta to Singapore only on flight number 3K204, departing on 14 May 2018, 3:10pm (GMT+7).
• Flight and ticket is non-transferable. Cost of return ticket must be borne by the attendee.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. Jetstar Asia and Tech in Asia reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
