  • The Pickup.ai team, including its founders Inder Singh and Ritwik Saikia, will join Ola as part of the deal.
  • “We are investing in futuristic technology solutions that will shape the future of mobility in India and the world,” said Ola co-founder and chief technology officer Ankit Bhati.
  • The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
