Frostivus is coming to Dota 2!

Unlike this year’s Halloween event, Diretide, the Dota 2 Christmas event looks like it will go off without causing too much of an uproar as Valve announces the arrival of Frostivus. However, aside from talks about the spirit of giving and some hints about what seems to be crafting, hardly anything has been said about Frostivus. Dota 2 players may recall Frostivus being cancelled last year for unknown reasons, and was instead replaced by the Greeviling. It did not, however, garner as much success as Diretide, the Halloween event. For those who were not able to experience the Greeviling, here’s the trailer from last year’s event:

At the moment, the only thing that Valve has released about Frostivus is its dedicated online page but the exact date that it will be coming to the game has yet to be announced.
