Nintendo is producing a mahjong set

Perhaps in a nod to its roots as makers of playing cards, Nintendo will be releasing a mahjong set at the end of this month.

While no Nintendo branding can be seen, the set certainly seems tailored to the company’s high standards.

Come 29 November, 2013, it will retail for 18,900 yen or about $190. The set also has an optional mat that costs 5,250 yen (approximately $53).
