WeWork India reports 26.7% revenue growth for FY24
WeWork India reported a 26.7% increase in revenue for FY24, reaching 1,665.14 crore rupees (US$193.15 million), up from 1,314.52 crore (US$152.48 million) in the previous year.
The net loss decreased by 7.5%, from 146.81 crore rupees (US$17.03 million) in FY23 to 135.77 crore rupees (US$15.75 million) .
With other income of 72.03 crore rupees (US$8.36 million) , WeWork India’s total revenue for FY24 stood at 1,737.16 crore rupees (US$201.50 million) .
This positive financial performance led credit rating agency ICRA to revise the company’s rating from BBB to A-, forecasting a 20-25% revenue increase driven by new desk capacities and stable occupancy.
WeWork India was established in 2016 as a joint venture between the Embassy Group and WeWork Global.
The company operates across 62 locations in cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, and Pune.
