WeWork secures $682.5m in financing commitments after bankruptcy
WeWork has received commitments amounting to US$682.5 million in debtor-in-possession financing from some of its lenders. The company said in a regulatory filing last week that it had entered into an agreement with Goldman Sachs International Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and SoftBank’s Vision Fund 2, among other parties.
This follows WeWork’s bankruptcy filing, due in part to its struggles with hitting profitability.
