US tech firm Trust & Will bags $25m to enhance estate planning

San Diego-based legal tech company Trust & Will has secured US$25 million in a Series C funding round. With this latest investment, the firm has raised a total of US$75 million since its founding.

Moderne Ventures led the funding round, with additional participation from Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, UBS Next, and Erie Insurance.

The company plans to use the funds to enhance its AI capability. Its aim is to simplify the estate planning process.

Trust & Will offers legally valid estate planning documents that comply with state guidelines. The company integrates technology with human oversight.
