Time launches new AI chatbot
Time has introduced a new AI-powered chatbot while announcing its 2024 Person of the Year, President-elect Donald Trump.
The chatbot allows users to interact with the story and access features such as summaries, translations, and audio versions.
The tool can translate content into German, Spanish, French, Russian, Ukrainian, and Mandarin.
Besides information on the 2024 honoree, the chatbot provides details on past winners from the last three years, including Taylor Swift, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Elon Musk.
Time plans to broaden the chatbot’s capabilities across its website by 2025.
