Tesla will begin delivering its revamped Model Y, named the Juniper, in the US starting in March.

Priced at US$59,990 (before US$7,500 federal tax credit), the vehicle features a redesigned exterior, upgraded light bars, ventilated and reclining second-raw seats, and faster Wi-Fi.

Orders are already open in in Canada and Europe, with sales in China launched earlier this month.

This release is part of Tesla’s strategy to refresh its offerings amid rising competition and declining deliveries in 2024.

The Model Y Juniper follows the Cybertruck, which became the top-selling electric truck in the US in late 2023.
