Salesforce to hire 1,000 for new AI product

Salesforce plans to hire over 1,000 new employees to support its new product, Agentforce, said CEO Marc Benioff.

Agentforce, a generative AI agent, was launched last month and is priced at approximately US$2 per conversation.

The San Francisco-based company has recently shifted its AI strategy to focus on autonomous customer support agents.
