Rebel Foods launches 15-minute delivery app
Indian cloud kitchen company Rebel Foods has launched a 15-minute food delivery service through its new app, ‘QuickiES,’ available in select Mumbai locations.
The app offers food from Rebel Foods’ 45+ brands, including Faasos, Wendy’s, and Oven Story Pizza.
This service directly competes with Zomato’s Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, both of which focus on fast food delivery.
The quick food delivery market is getting more competitive, with players like Zomato, Swiggy, and Zepto expanding their services.
Larger e-commerce companies, including Flipkart and Amazon, are also showing interest.
Founded in 2011, Rebel Foods operates as a cloud kitchen and has raised US$773 million from investors like KKR and Temasek.
Reports suggest the company is considering a public listing in the next 12 to 18 months.
