Nvidia will report its fourth-quarter results on Feb.26 with investors focusing on the demand for its high-cost AI chips.

Recent concerns have arisen regarding the necessity of Nvidia’s chips due to the emergence of China’s DeepSeek, which claims to produce AI models at significantly lower costs.

DeepSeek entered the AI market earlier this year, leading to a dramatic decline in Nvidia’s market value by US$593 billion in one day.

This marks the largest loss for any US company.

Analysts expect Nvidia’s annual revenue growth to slow, forecasting a 72% increase to US$38.05 billion for the fourth quarter, according to LSEG data.

This marks the company’s slowest growth in seven quarters, following five consecutive quarters of triple-digit gains.
