Nvidia cuts Arm stake, invests in WeRide, exits others
Nvidia has reduced its stake in the UK-based chip maker Arm Holdings by 43.8%, now holding 1.1 million shares, according to a regulatory filing released on Feb. 14.
The filing also confirmed Nvidia’s investment in the Chinese self-driving startup WeRide, where it acquired 1.7 million shares.
Following this announcement, shares of WeRide increased by 96% in premarket trading.
Nvidia also exited positions in several companies, including Serve Robotics, SoundHound AI, and Nano-X Imaging.
Following the exit, shares of Serve Robotics decreased by 31%. SoundHound AI and Nano-X Imaging shares fell by 10% and 4%, respectively.
Additionally, Nvidia disclosed holding 1.2 million shares in Nebius Group, an AI cloud firm, which experienced a 6% rise in its shares.
