Nvidia revenue hits record $130.5b on AI growth in FY 2025
Nvidia released its financial results for the fourth quarter ending Jan. 26, reporting a record revenue of US$39.3 billion.
This is a 12% increase from the previous quarter and a 78% rise compared to the same period last year.
For the full fiscal year 2025, Nvidia recorded revenues of US$130.5 billion, marking a 114% year-on-year increase. GAAP earnings per share stood at US$2.94, up 147%.
Revenue from Nvidia’s Data Center segment saw significant growth, reaching US$35.6 billion for the quarter.
This represents a 16% rise from the previous quarter and a 93% increase year-on-year, driven by the adoption of its AI technologies.
