Nasdaq-listed Freshworks appoints new chief product officer
India’s Nasdaq-listed SaaS company Freshworks has appointed Srinivasan Raghavan as its new chief product officer (CPO).
Raghavan will lead the company’s product strategy, emphasizing AI-driven customer and employee experiences.
Raghavan brings over 20 years of enterprise SaaS experience after serving as CPO at RingCentral and holding leadership positions at Five9 and Cisco.
Raghavan succeeds Srinivasagopalan Ramamurthy, who resigned in August.
The new appointment follows Freshworks’ announcement to reduce its global workforce by 13% as part of restructuring.
