LinkedIn has launched two new AI-driven tools to enhance the job search and recruitment experience, Job Match tool and a recruitment AI agent. Both tools are available for free.

The Jobs Match tool gives job seekers feedback on the relevance of job postings, helping them decide whether to apply.

Meanwhile, an AI recruitment agent assists small businesses in creating job posts, finding qualified candidates, and sorting applications.

These tools were developed using LinkedIn’s own AI technology and data, aim to address inefficiencies in platform’s job-seeking and recruitment processes.
