LinkedIn has unveiled the Hiring Assistant AI tool designed to help recruiters by automating routine tasks.

This tool is part of a charter program currently used by select companies, including AMD, Canva, Siemens, and Zurich Insurance.

The Hiring Assistant aims to ease the recruitment process by handling tasks such as summarizing job descriptions and candidate searches. It allows recruiters to upload job specifics and automatically generate role qualifications

This function aims to build a candidate pipeline and free recruiters to concentrate on strategic activities, such as advising hiring managers and engaging with candidates.
