Jakarta-based venture capital firm Alpha JWC Ventures has celebrated its tenth anniversary, recognizing its impact on Indonesia’s startup ecosystem since 2015.

With assets under management totaling US$645 million, the firm has invested in nearly 100 startups and plans to expand its operations across Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.

This year, Alpha JWC announced plans to raise a fourth fund to support its next growth phase, prioritizing the consumer and healthcare sectors while maintaining a sector-agnostic approach.

To strengthen its operations, Alpha JWC has enhanced its leadership team.

The firm recently appointed Ray Frederick Djajadinata, former CTO of Traveloka, as technology partner, and Satria Situmorang, previously an SVP at GoTo, as principal of value creation.

Wenyou Tan has also joined the investment team in Singapore to support regional expansion.
