Indian supply chain startup Zetwerk bags $5m
Bengaluru-based B2B manufacturing startup Zetwerk has raised US$5 million in a funding round co-led by Arc Investments and Oriental Biotech Limited.
Regulatory filings indicate the company issued 993,721 series F3 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) priced at US$4.98 each.
Arc Investments and Oriental Biotech each contributed US$1.15 million, while Stargazer Fund-I invested US$575,205. The remaining funds were sourced from a group of angel investors.
The funding round is reportedly ongoing, with the potential for additional capital to be raised soon.
