India’s Zetwerk raises $70m, plans IPO
India’s B2B manufacturing startup Zetwerk has raised US$70 million in funding, increasing its valuation to US$3.1 billion, up from US$2.7 billion in 2023.
The new funds will help Zetwerk expand into sectors such as renewable energy, consumer electronics, and aerospace.
The company also plans to pursue an IPO within 12 to 18 months, according to co-founder and CEO Amrit Acharya.
In 2024, Zetwerk has raised a total of US$90 million, with investors including Rakesh Gangwal, Khosla Ventures, Baillie Gifford, Greenoaks, and Avenir Growth.
Founded in 2018, Zetwerk connects vendors and suppliers with manufacturing firms for industrial components.
