Greek fintech firm Qualco weighs IPO for Europe, Middle East growth

Greek fintech company Qualco Group is considering an initial public offering (IPO) to expand its presence in Europe and the Middle East.

The Athens Stock Exchange is being evaluated as a potential listing venue. Discussions about the IPO are in the early stages, and no final decisions have been made regarding its size or timeline.

A representative for Qualco stated that the company regularly assesses business options but did not provide details on the IPO plans.

Qualco specializes in credit management and supports the credit cycle for clients in both banking and non-banking sectors. It serves clients in over 30 countries, including institutions such as BNP Paribas, Banco Santander, The Saudi National Bank, Bain Capital, and British Gas.
