Google DeepMind has announced the general availability of its Gemini 2.0 Flash model.

It can now be accessed through the Gemini API in both Google AI Studio and Vertex A for production applications.

An experimental version, Gemini 2.0 Pro, is also available for advanced coding tasks and complex prompts, featuring context window of 2 million tokens for in-depth analysis and reasoning over large datasets.

It can be accessed through Google AI Studio, Vertex AI, and the Gemini Advanced app.

For budget-conscious users, Google introduced Gemini 2.0 Flash-Lite, available in public preview through Google AI Studio and Vertex AI. This model balances performance, affordability and efficiency.

All new Gemini models support multimodal input and text output, with future updates are expected to include image generation and text-to-speech.
