Dell Technologies reported a 10% decline in its workforce for fiscal 2025, with headcount dropping to approximately 108,000 as of Jan. 31, from about 120,000 the previous year.

The reduction is part of cost-cutting measures, including limited external hiring and role reorganization.

Despite this, Dell remains committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities.

For fiscal 2026, Dell expects challenges in its adjusted gross margin rate due to rising costs of building AI servers in a competitive market.
