Chinese AI startup Zhipu raises $412m in funding
Zhipu, an AI startup based in Beijing, has completed a funding round of 3 billion yuan (US$412 million).
The firm, which attracted support from Alibaba Group and Tencent Holdings last year, reported a significant increase in its commercial revenue for 2024.
In May, Zhipu raised US$400 million from a funding round that included a venture arm of Saudi Aramco, valuing the startup at about US$3 billion.
