Melbourne-based startup Flowing Bee has raised US$1.6 million in a funding round to develop its AI-powered platform for customer analysis.

The funding will help the company expand operations, particularly in the US.

Founded by behavioral scientist Michael Sankey and technologist Sara Khorasani, Flowing Bee’s platform is designed to help brands gain insights, execute campaigns, and measure performance.

The technology collects customer sentiment through surveys and utilizes AI to analyze this data and provide marketing recommendations.

The company plans to establish a presence in Silicon Valley later this year to onboard new clients. The funding will also support the further refinement of the platform. This will ensure human oversight in AI processes to maintain data quality and reliability.
