AI brand agent platform Firsthand nets $26m series A

New York-based startup Firsthand has raised US$26 million in series A funding to develop its AI agent platform for brands and publishers.

The funding round was led by Radical Ventures, with participation from FirstMark Capital, Aperiam Ventures, and Crossbeam Venture Partners.

Previously, Firsthand secured US$6.6 million in seed funding, also led by Radical Ventures.

Notable angel investors in earlier rounds include former DoubleClick CEO David Rosenblatt and Horizon Media president Bob Lord.

The company was co-founded by Jonathan Heller, Michael Rubenstein, and Wei Wei.
