Apple to review AI issues at key offsite meeting
Apple’s executives will address issues related to its AI strategy during the annual Top 100 offsite meeting this week.
This year’s gathering occurs amid growing delays and criticism surrounding the company’s AI platform, Apple Intelligence.
Launched at the Worldwide Developers Conference in June 2024, Apple Intelligence has been criticized for not offering features comparable to those of its competitors.
Planned upgrades to Siri, including better personal context, on-screen awareness, and enhanced voice-controlled app functionality, were previously announced as major improvements.
However, Apple confirmed this month that these upgrades are currently delayed indefinitely.
