Apple to produce AirPods in India by 2025

Apple Inc. is set to produce its AirPods wireless earphones in India for the first time, starting early next year.

The manufacturing will occur at a Foxconn Technology Group facility located near Hyderabad, Telangana, according to sources familiar with the plan.

AirPods will be the second major Apple product assembled in India, following the iPhone.
