Apple plans major redesigns for iOS, iPadOS, macOS

Apple plans a major redesign of its iOS, iPadOS, and macOS software later this year.

The updates, set to be released with iOS 19, iPadOS 19, and macOS 16, will change icons, menus, apps, windows, and system buttons.

The redesign aims to simplify navigation and ensure consistency across Apple’s operating systems.

Despite these extensive updates, Apple does not plan to merge its separate operating systems.
