Apple to open its fifth UAE store next year
Apple plans to expand its presence in the United Arab Emirates by opening its fifth retail store, located in Al Ain, next year.
The company announced a total investment of about US$1.6 billion in the UAE over the past five years.
These investments cover expenditures on local businesses, contributions to the iOS app economy, and job support, facilitating over 38,000 jobs nationwide.
While specific details about the Al Ain store’s timeline or location have not been shared, it will bring Apple’s global retail store count to 533.
In the Middle East and North Africa, only Turkey joins the UAE in hosting Apple stores.
