Apple names new Siri chief
Apple is replacing John Giannandrea as the leader of its AI and Siri teams.
This change follows delays in the rollout of generative AI upgrades for Siri, now scheduled for 2025.
Mike Rockwell, who previously led development for Apple’s Vision Pro, will reportedly succeed Giannandrea.
Additionally, Paule Meade, who previously managed hardware engineering for the Vision Pro under Rockwell, will lead the Vision Pro Group.
