Alibaba Cloud has completed a significant data migration project for Xiaohongshu, a major Chinese lifestyle platform.

The migration involved transferring 500,000 terabytes of data, marking it as the largest data migration to date, according to the cloud provider.

The project spanned a year and involved collaboration between 1,500 Xiaohongshu employees and Alibaba’s team.

This data includes all raw and crucial information collected by Xiaohongshu over 11 years.
