Airwallex unveils philanthropy program with $56m commitment
Airwallex, a fintech company established in Melbourne, Australia, has introduced a program to support future innovators, entrepreneurs, and startups.
The program named Airwallex Impact includes a 1% equity commitment valued at over US$56 million.
Airwallex has joined the Pledge 1% movement, aligning with tech companies like Atlassian, Canva, and Airbnb.
It plans to donate 1% of its employee time, profits, and products to the innovation community. The program includes mentoring, training, and startup incubators.
