In brief: Singapore AI-powered HR platform acquires talent acquisition firm

Xopa, an AI software platform for human resources and recruitment, has completed its acquisition of Nastrac, a strategic hiring and search firm.

The acquisition will combine Nastrac’s recruitment services expertise with Xopa’s artificial intelligence products to create “innovative” managed services for its clients.

Current Nastrac clients will be managed by a new entity, Xopa Managed Services. The company will use AI to match candidates to jobs and automate parts of the hiring process for “faster and better hiring decisions.”
