Total revenue for 2022 stood at US$498 million, representing a year-on-year growth of 34%.

“Despite macroeconomic uncertainty throughout the year, I am pleased with our focus on product innovation, expansion, and new business, which drove revenue growth and improved cash flow. We will continue this focus into 2023,” said Girish Mathrubootham, CEO and founder of Freshworks.

Based on current market conditions, the company expects a 16% to 18% year-on-year growth in revenue during the March quarter.
