Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution shows off what the Kages can do

Naruto fans might be excited about the inclusion of Naruto Shippuden characters in the upcoming anime fighter J-Stars Victory Vs, but it’s not the only game the ramen-loving ninja will be appearing in this year.

In fact Naruto is getting his own game, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution set for release on the PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year. Although the name is generic, the game is shaping up to be one Naruto game fans won’t want to miss.

The game will take place during the war between the Akatsuki and the Allied forces. If you’ve been following the series you know that the Kages, leaders of the different nations, past and present make appearances in the story. These Kages all have unique powers and are some of the most powerful fighters in the show. Well, Namco Bandai released some screenshots today revealing that the Kages will be in the upcoming game.

The screenshots specifically show off the Second Tsuchikage, Third Raikage, Second Mizukage and Fourth Kazekage doing signature moves, and hint that they will be playable characters. These screenshots even show off the reunion of Team 7 and their combined summonings.

So a Naruto game that takes place in arguably the most exciting story arc and allows you to play as everyone’s favorite Kages? I’m sold! To whom do I make out the check?
