Indonesian proptech startup secures funding from OCBC NISP’s investment arm
Prospeku, an Indonesia-based proptech startup, has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from OCBC NISP Ventura, the investment arm of publicly listed Bank OCBC NISP, a subsidiary of Singapore’s OCBC Bank.

Founded as an internal project at Bank OCBC NISP in 2019, Prospeku has been spun off to become an independent company. Yulius Elvino, the company’s chief executive, also no longer works for the bank.
The startup’s app is designed to help property agents manage deals and list their inventories in classified ads platforms such as Rumah123, 99.co, and CicilSewa. Prospeku has also partnered with Bank OCBC NISP to provide loan facility for property buyers.
Prospeku claims that it has more than 17,000 agents on its platform to date. It currently has seven employees, but its recruitment process is ongoing so it’s still getting support from the OCBC NISP Ventura team, a Prospeku representative told Tech in Asia.
The startup plans to use the fresh funds to develop its platform and acquire more users.
