1. Bambu | Singapore

Bambu is building robo-advisors for the financial sector. It has a business-to-business (B2B) model where it provides its tools to companies according to their needs.


2. Supplybunny | Malaysia

Supplybunny is an online marketplace that connects restaurant owners with wholesale food and beverage suppliers in Malaysia. For wholesalers, the company simplifies the billing process by eliminating the need to manually collate orders and chase invoices.


3. Coda Payments | Singapore (Startup Profile)

Coda Payments helps digital content providers, such as Baidu, Alibaba’s UCWeb, Kunlun, Garena, allow payments without credit cards. The payments can be made through bank transfers, cash payments at convenience stores, vouchers, and ewallets.


4. FairFly | Israel

Israel-based FairFly is striving to make travel as cheap as possible. The startup re-books flights after tickets have been purchased, factoring in details such as small changes in departure time, airline, and cabin class.


5. Nhance | India and Singapore (Startup Profile)

Nhance is a free app that has step-by-step modules to polish skills such as marketing, finance, and analytics. Videos and pictures help keep the user interested while learning, and a short test checks comprehension of the concept.


6. Mobike | China (Startup Profile)

Started by a former Uber executive, Mobike is a bike sharing network where users grab a ride through an app. To hitch a ride, a user opens the app, uses his or her phone to scan the QR code on the bike, and then that unlocks the bike’s smart lock and begins the timer on the Uber-esque ride.
