Funding round-up from India: Mswipe, Nestaway, Myonsto, iCrushiFlush

Over US$5 billion of venture capital funding flowed into Indian startups last year. This year, the deals are coming thicker and faster. So we thought it would be useful to start a daily digest of startup funding in India.
Here’s today’s funding round-up:
Mswipe
Mswipe technologies raised a series C round of US$25 million from Falcon Edge Capital, Ola Cabs, and Meru Capital. Mswipe makes point of sale devices that enable card payments through any phone. The startup was founded in 2011 by Manish Patel.
Nestaway
Nestaway raised funding of US$12 million from Flipkart and Tiger Global. Nestaway is an online accommodation aggregator for unmarried professionals. It was co-founded in January of this year by Amarendra Sahu, Smruti Parida, Deepak Dhar, and Jitendra Jagadev.
Myonsto
Myonsto.com raised INR 20 million (US$315,000) angel funding from Jayant Bokadia, director at Oswal Industries. It is an Ahmedabad-based e-grocery platform providing hyperlocal grocery delivery services. It was founded by Sahil Dalal in 2014.
iCrushiFlush
iCrushiFlush raised funds from IDG Ventures. The amount remains undisclosed. It is an online dating app that helps people connect to others in their area.The startup was founded by Amit Vora in 2014.
Joybynature
Joybynature raised series A funding of US$1 million from Mumbai Angels, Contrarian Vriddhi Fund, Somak Ghosh, Abhimanyu Munjal of Hero group, Mothersons Sumi Group’s Vaaman Sehgal, and Dhairya Choudhrie yesterday. It is an ecommerce website for organic products. The Delhi-based startup was founded by Shailesh Mehta and Rahul Kumar in 2013.
