Truly data-driven decisions often seem accessible only to large enterprises.
Solving this problem is Singapore-based startup PantherPulse, which hope to change that by using AI to democratize access to insights.

Problem
SMEs can’t afford the high cost of hiring consultants or data analysts, nor do they have time to analyze data in-house. They also lack the technical knowledge to use business intelligence tools.
Solution
PantherPulse offers “Pulse,” an AI-driven platform acting as a business guide for SMEs. Users throw questions to Pulse, which then retrieves answers derived from their internal data.
A cafe, for example, can use Pulse to analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and pricing strategies. A services firm can study its operational costs to identify unnecessary expenses.
Market Size
The Singapore data analytics market is valued at approximately $1 billion by 2024, with an expected 10% CAGR over the next five years. Globally, the market stands at $50 billion, growing at a 12% CAGR.
PantherPulse targets SMEs in finance, healthcare, retail, logistics, and technology sectors, aiming to capture 3-5% of Singapore’s 220,000 SME market and expand regionally in Southeast Asia.
