IT Network & System Administration

Responsibility :

1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
2. Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
3. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic and logs, and diagnose bottlenecks or performance issues.
5. Ensure network security by implementing security policies and maintaining firewalls.
6. Create and maintain network diagrams, update technical documentation, and keep accurate records of incidents and configurations.
7. Ecalating complex issues and collaborating with other IT teams for seamless operations.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 support engineers.
9. Managing and trobleshooting un-complex OS Linux and Windows problem.

Requirement:

1. 1-2 years of experience in  IT Network Engineer or  IT Support.
2. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
3. Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols, and switching concepts (e.g., VLANs).
4. Experience with configuring and managing network devices (router, switch). Fortigate & Fortiswitch brand plus point.
5. Knowledge of firewall management, VPNs, and monitoring for security threats using Fortigate.
6. Experience with hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), included CloudVPN, Interconnect Partner, CloudNAT, CloudRouter.
7. Ability to analyze logs, packet captures, and monitoring data to diagnose issues.
8. Familiarity with load balancers for optimizing network traffic.
9. Experience with Datadog monitoring system (+ point)
10. Knowledge Linux and Windows OS operational.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting complex network issues.
12. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
13. Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and work after hours when needed.
14. IT Network Security certifications, including Cisco: CCNA, CCNP and Fortinet: NSE 1, 2, 3, 4 (plus point)
