Temenos Developer

Job Description

* Develop, customize, configure, and maintain applications based on the Temenos core banking platform.

* Perform development and customization of Temenos modules according to business requirements.

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

* Develop and maintain interfaces/integrations between Temenos and external systems.

* Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

* Support system implementation, migration, enhancement, and production issues.

* Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development specifications.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

* Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.

* Good understanding of Temenos architecture, modules, and development framework.

* Experience with TAFJ / TAFC and Temenos development tools is preferred.

* Experience with jBASE / Java or other technologies used within the Temenos environment.

* Experience developing and integrating APIs, web services, REST/SOAP, or middleware.

* Good understanding of database concepts and SQL.

* Familiarity with banking processes such as CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Funds Transfer, and Customer Management is an advantage.

* Experience with SDLC, version control, testing, and deployment processes.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Temenos Transact R20/R21/R22 or newer versions.

* Experience with Temenos Integration Framework (TIF).

* Experience with Temenos APIs / REST APIs.

* Experience in core banking implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Banking certification or Temenos certification is a plus.
