Job Description:

• Create video scripts.
• Draft video concepts to be executed by the video team.
• Prepare talents, crew, and other video production requirements.
• Ensure the production process aligns with the predetermined script and concept.
• Supervise the editing process.
• Be willing and able to host kumparan’s video programs.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Videography, Photography, or equivalent experience in the creative field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong writing skills, creative, confident, and detail-oriented.
• A creative thinker with strong articulation, persuasion, and the ability to communicate operational initiatives effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple creative projects.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
